ANCA Celebrates 50th Anniversary

2024 Machining and Welding Commencement Ceremony for Veterans

San Diego 鈥 The Workshops for Warriors summer 2024 graduation will be held Aug. 16, 2024, as part of the nonprofit organization鈥檚 mission to provide education, training, and certification in advanced manufacturing, welding, and machining for veterans, wounded warriors, and transitioning service members.

EOS鈥 New Training Center To Address Industrial Additive Gap

Novi, Mich. 鈥 EOS North America鈥檚 new 14,600-square-foot Additive Minds Academy Center is part of a $500,000 investment and features a partnership with Automation Alley鈥檚 Project DIAMOnD to offer training opportunities to small and medium-sized Michigan manufacturers.

Wilson Promoted to Edge Technologies Sales and Service Engineer

St. Louis 鈥 Recently promoted, Brandon Wilson brings over 20 years of experience in machining and manufacturing to the all-new position of sales and service engineer at Edge Technologies, where he will focus on growing the Eastern Canadian territory.

Haimer USA Finds New COO and VP of Marketing in Merkt

Villa Park, Ill. 鈥 Haimer USA has announced Manuel Merkt as their new chief operating officer and vice president of marketing. He brings extensive leadership experience from Hermle USA and Zund America and will focus on enhancing Haimer's operational efficiency, driving growth, and strengthening customer relationships in the North American market.

Methods Promotes VanBuskirk to VP 鈥 Engineering and Development

Sudbury, Mass. 鈥 With over 15 years at Methods Machine Tools, James VanBuskirk has been promoted to vice president 鈥 engineering and development. He will lead a new team focused on digital services, continue overseeing production and custom automation teams, and drive internal innovation and talent development to adapt to emerging technologies in manufacturing.

MMT Promotes Feighery to Senior VP, Commercial Sales and Marketing

Charlotte, N.C.鈥 As Medical Manufacturing Technologies鈥 (MMT) newly promoted senior vice president, commercial sales and marketing, Crew Feighery will oversee technical and field sales as well as marketing. With over a decade of experience at MMT, Feighery鈥檚 leadership has been pivotal to the company's growth, and he is now poised to drive further innovation and success.
